DOLL LAUNCH

Brief: The Disney Designer Series is an annual collection of products made for the avid doll collector. In 2019, the collection focused the Disney Princesses in reimagined outfits attending a fictional masquerade. In 2020, it was time for the villains to crash the ball.

Our team was tasked with developing a series of social posts for the Midnight Masquerade doll designers inclusive of logo reveal, character hints, doll sketches and the final reveal. The reaction to the campaign was crazy, the dolls sold out in just under 6 minutes during the D23 prelaunch and quickly became the top performing campaign of the season for shopDisney with +154% YOY Shares, +81% YOY Engagements +47% YOY Link Clicks and +63% YOY Organic Reach. We even got a shout out from the incredible actress Kat Dennings! (Thor + WandaVision)
